Coiled Tubing Hydraulic Set Plug-and-Pert System

Description

Coiled Tubing Hydraulic Set Plug-and-Perf system is used in the horizontal cased wells and the vertical cased wells. The work string is conveyed on coiled tubing and it is composed of Mechanical Casing Collar Locator, Differential Jetting Sub, Hydraulic Setting Tool and Bridge Plug. The work string is positioned at the planned stage by mechanical casing collar locator. Drop a ball and apply absolute pressure to activate the hydraulic setting tool. Then the bridge plug is set and disconnected. Pull up the work string to the perforating depth, apply the pressure to open the differential jetting sub and perform the perforating job, after perforation, pull up the work string to the wellhead and execute the fracture treatment. All the stages could be perforated and fractured by repeating the above steps.



Differential Jetting Sub
Description
The Differential Jetting Sub is applied in all kinds of perforation jobs. When run the Differential Jetting Sub in the hole, the perforating path is in closing position. When the Jetting Sub reaches to the planned stage, build up pressure to open the sliding sleeve and a hydraulic perforating path will be formed to perform sand jetting and perforating.

Hydraulic Setting Tool
Description
The Hydraulic Setting Tool is assembled to a Bridge Plug and it can be deployed on coiled tubing, tubing or drill pipe. When the work string is lowered into the wellbore and reaches the desired depth, drop a ball and the hydraulic pressure acts on the internal piston in the setting tool, creating the push/pull action to set the bridge plug. When the bridge plug is fully set, the bridge plug can be disconnected from the setting tool.

Full Bore Bridge Plug
Description
The Full Bore Bridge Plug is made from cast iron except the seal element. There is a ball seat on the top of the bridge plug for dissolvable balls that can hold pressure from above. After fracture treatment, the dissolvable ball would be automatically dissolved in the flow back well fluid and then full bore would be accessed without being drilled out, which greatly reduces the operation cost.

Pressure rating is no less than 10000psi and the temperature rating is 300℉.
The ID of mandrel is no less than 2.74".
Dissolvable balls available.
