Description

Jereh LGC450 Truck Mounted Coiled Tubing Unit is designed and manufactured for high pressure oil/gas wells according to the distribution, well depth and pressure of oil/gas wells in China. 


The maximum lifting capacity is 100,000 lb(45 t) , the maximum snubbing capacity is 50,000 lb(22.5 t) and the rated working pressure is 10,000 psi(69 MPa), which meets the snubbing operation requirements in most of the high pressure oil/gas wells in China.


 It can achieve operations such as running tube string, milling, drilling plugs, fishing, completion operations and stimulation operations matching with fracturing units.

Maximum lifting capacity is 110,000 lb (50t) and rated working pressure is 10,000 psi (69 MPa) (optional). The maximum lifting length of 2 " tubing is up to 19,685 ft (6,000 m), meeting the operation requirements of most high pressure oil/gas wells.

a)Tubing Reel Support
The tubing reel support is an integral bracket and it is convenient to disassemble.

b)Tubing Reel Drive
The tubing reel drive system is mounted at the driver side. A bulkhead panel with quick disconnects will be provided for connecting the reel with the hydraulic power.
 
c)Swivel Joint and High Pressure Manifold
Swivel joint, plug valve, T-elbow and 90° elbow with rated pressure of 103 MPa (15,000 psi) will be provided. The high pressure manifold includes high pressure elbow, high pressure plug valve, high pressure Tee and high pressure swivel joints. An inductive pressure sensor and a 2” turbine flowmeter are mounted.
 
d)Levelwind Assembly

1)The levelwind adopts intelligent tubing winding system. The operator just needs to input the tubing diameter and the unit can achieve automatic tubing winding. It is also equipped with levelwind override function to achieve manual adjustment. 
2)The levelwind assembly will allow a tubing angle from a minimum of 10° to a maximum of 80°by adjusting the hydraulic cylinders.
3)The levelwind adopts 8 roller pivoting guide pulley assemblies. The pivoting guider is designed to allow easy tubing installation. Either mechanical counter or electronic counter is adopted for counting tubing depth.
4)A mechanical counter with five-digit number is installed on the levelwind and it is applicable for 2" tubing. The counter can be cleared. A deep electronic coding transducer will be installed on the counter and it can be used together with the digital tubing counter in the control cabin and the depthometer of the data acquisition system.

e)Tubing Reel Lubrication
A remotely controlled pneumatic tubing lubrication system will be mounted behind the reel counter. A 100L lube oil tank is located between the tubing reel and the hose reel.

Description of the Injector

The coiled tubing injector is applicable for coiled tubing with sizes of 1.5"~3.5".

The injector is equipped with gearbox of high torque. 

Integral drive sprocket can ensure the accurate alignment and improve the strength. 

The hydraulic drive motors are connected with two counterbalance valves directly to prevent the chains from out of control due to power failure.
 
Each fluid supply pipe of the drive motor are protected by a high pressure filter that installed between the quick disconnects and the counterbalance valves respectively. The filters are equipped with indicators for observation of contamination degree. 

This injector uses heavy-load roller chains with supporting blocks which can be disassembled quickly.

Description of the Hydraulic

Main Hydraulic System: the injector is powered by an axial variable displacement hydraulic pump system.
Another independent hydraulic pump is used to drive tubing reel motor. 
Auxiliary Hydraulic System: independent pressure compensated hydraulic pump will provide power for the following systems: 
Levelwind override hydraulic motor 
Levelwind height control hydraulic cylinder 
Hose reel hydraulic motor

Control Cabin lifting cylinder 

BOP hydraulic cylinder 
Injector chain traction system 
Injector chain tension system 
Injector speed regulating system

Hand Pump System: hand pump system will be installed in the control cabin to provide backup power for BOP rams, stripper and injector chain traction system.

Accumulator System: this system will be installed in the hydraulic wet kit. Four high-pressure nitrogen accumulators (with minimum capacity of 10 gal (37.85 L)) provide backup power to the BOP control system.

Excepted for the above mentioned systems, the hydraulic system also includes the following parts:
