Cementing Sleeve Multistage Frac System

Description

The Cementing Sleeve Multistage Fracture System provides new methods of horizontal well multi-stage re-fracture. The Frac system uses cement to isolate zones. Compared to other multistage fracture methods, this Frac system requires no open hole packer, has bigger fracture path and has fewer pressure loss. There are three types of fracture sleeves at this moment: G-Port Sleeve, Full bore frac sleeve and ball activated frac sleeve.

G-port Frac Sleeve
Description
The G-port Frac Sleeve is run in hole together with the casing. G-port can be used in cemented or open holes and the communication between reservoirs and wellbore is built up by opening G-port sleeve.

G-port Differential Port
Description

The G-port Differential Port attaches to the toe of the casing string and it is run in hole together with the casing. The G-port differential port can be opened by applying absolute pressure on the ID of the wellbore and it is a common tool to connect the bottom formation.

Description

Multiple Points Cementing Sleeve
Description
One size frac ball is dropped and 2-4 Multiple Points Cementing Sleeves are opened to achieve cluster fractures per stage. Compared to other cementing sleeves, Multiple Points Cementing Sleeves are easier to operate and have shorter production period, which will reduce the operation cost greatly.

Locate the sleeve precisely and execute re-fracture treatment on the targeted pay zone.
One size ball opens 2-4 sleeves and the fracture stages are greatly increased.

Re-closable Cementing Sleeve
Description
The Re-closable Cementing Sleeve is run in hole together with the casing. After cementing, the Cementing sleeves will be shifted open or closed by running in shifting tool and the fracturing fluid will be pumped into formation through bypass ports on the sleeves.

Hydraulic Shifting Tool
Description
The Hydraulic Shifting Tool is designed to be deployed on coiled tubing, tubing or drilling pipe. The shifting tool is activated hydraulically to allow the shifting keys to expand outward so that the sleeve is shifted to the open or closed position.
