The enzyme gel breaker JF830-57A is acid and alkali resistant. It is used for gel breaking in gelatin such as guar gum, hydroxypropyl guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sesbania gum, konjac glucomannan, or cellulose derivative, suitable for low temperature oil and gas wells.
