Description

JEREH FLS-R gate valves are designed to meet customers demand for high quality and high reliability with easy maintenance. The design and quality control conform to international standards. JEREH FLS-R gate valves are designed as per API 6A with many types of test verifications, made from premium raw materials and machined with advanced technologies.


With large bore size, FLS-R gate valves are suitable for high pressure. The bottom balance stem and ball screw mechanism facilitate field operation.


JEREH FLS-R gate valves can provide safe and reliable sealing performance within the pressure range and reduce onsite maintenance.


FLS-R and FLS share same features in the design of gate and seat. Gate and seat feature easy assembly and reliability. The metal seal provides more compact cavity size and easy maintenance. In addition, the metal seal is applicable to a wider range of pressure and temperature as well as sour service conditions.


Depending on operating mode, FLS-R gate valves can be divided into manual gate valve and hydraulic gate valve. Depending on configuration, manual gate valves can be divided into rising stem gate valve with balance lower stem, rising stem gate valve without balance lower stem and non-rising stem gate valve.

Feature:
  • Bidirectional design offers optional flow direction and extends service life. 
  • Premium metal to metal seal (between gate and seat, between seat and body)
  • 2 Teflon or Viton spring energized lip seals between body and seat prevent small grit in the cavity from eroding the metal seal surface between body and seat. 
  • The balance stem at the bottom of the gate valve can balance pressure and impact from the upper stem, reduce operating torque and display the ram open/close position. 
  • Teflon or Viton spring energized lip seals are suitable for wellbore fluids of all pressure ratings and temperature classes. 
  • Stem back seal allows stem seal replacement in pressurized condition. 
  • Grease injection device is located in the back seal low pressure of stem and balance stem.
