This Trailer Mounted Cementing Unit consists of the truck, engine, transmission, triplex plunger pump, centrifugal pump, displacement tank, slurry mixing tank, hydraulic system, lubrication system, high pressure manifold, low pressure manifold, pneumatic system, AMS and instrument control box.

The unit is used for slurry mixing and high pressure pumping of cementing operations. It is also used for mud fill and pumping operation. It is equipped with AMS, centrifugal pump recycling and boosting system, which are ideal for automatic continuous mixing operation. The engine drives the transmission to drive the triplex plunger pump for pumping operation. The unit features compact pipeline design and requires limited amount of water for self-cleaning. It’s very easy to operate the computer of automatic mixing system.

This unit is applicable for onshore cementing operation. All supplied parts are suitable of humid, storm and sand ambient environment that varies from 0~+55℃  and it could be used for slurry mixing, cementing, washing and cutting re-injection, replacement operations

1.Weight reduction design: This unit is equipped with air suspension system, aluminum wheel hub, wheel guard, working ladder. Whole unit meets the Australia ADR certification.

2.Customized chassis: Concave beam semi-trailer can effectively reduce the height of the gravity center to improve its riding stability.

3.Compact manifolds: Reduce the amount of bends to reduce pressure losses. For mixing system, this design will provide the system more mixing energy. For return manifold, this can reduce the release resistance and vibration to guarantee the safety. Pollution discharge pipes of the water manifold and slurry manifold are connected to one port , making more convenient for waste treatment.

4.Prolongable mechanical, electrical and pneumatic connector: Suction ports of the recirculation pump and triplex pump can connect to the batch mixer and liquid additive unit; inlet ports of the displacement tank can connect to the stationary water tank or centrifugal pump; and external tapping of the air cylinder can connect to the pneumatic actuators or external air source. All these designs can easily realize networking operation and upgrade the adaptability of this unit.

5.Mixing system: Patented AMS 2.5 bivariate automatic mixing system is utilized in the unit. The computer operation is easy to learn. It is also very simple to set the density, switch between automatic and manual control. The automatic control system is sensitive and accurate.

6.Comfortable operating environment: Control cabin with air conditioner is installed on the unit, which increases the safety and comfort of operation. Integrated control panel makes operators easy and clear to observe the working processes and working parameters in the cabin. Humanized and comfortable operation area makes it more suitable for harsh environment.

7.Convenient maintenance: Operators can complete the left side engine maintenance like removing engine EDM, replacing engine oil and fuel filter etc. by standing on the ground , and right side engine maintenance by the ladder installed above the radiators.
