Brief Introduction:
Jereh HSC38 truck mounted closed sand blender is developed according to the global development trend and the domestic demands to multi-functional sand blenders. The overall unit is equipped with two parallel 120bbl sand blending systems which can work as a standby for each other. The unit adopts the closed mixing pump as its key part, which can achieve not only the conventional sand blending but also pumping proppant in pulses. The unit is truck mounted, which is convenient for transportation and suitable for oilfield road conditions.

Advantages:
High Reliability
The unit is equipped with two 120bbl sand blending systems which can work as a standby for each other. It can achieve “One-key Shift” between the two systems, which greatly improves the operation reliability.
Large Displacement Range
The maximum water displacement of the unit is 38 m³/min which is twice that of the current conventional sand blender. The unit is applicable for wider operation ranges.

Equipment Description
Chassis
Jereh HSC38 truck mounted closed sand blender adopts Mercedes-Benz Actros 4144 8×6 truck chassis which is suitable for oilfield road conditions. The maximum load capacity is 44t. The OM501 LA engine (V6, turbocharged, intercooler) with NH2 and full power PTO features strong power and is suitable for the transportation of heavy-load equipment. The middle-sized cab equipped has back sleeper, high-power air conditioner and air suspension driver seat.
Power System
The power source of the unit is the DDC S60 engine. The unit drives the hydraulic system through pump drive so as to provide hydraulic power for the blending system, additive system and manifold valve system.
Blending System
The blending system mainly includes the blending pump, unloading mechanism, fixing bracket and rotating mechanism. The displacement of each side is 19m³/min and the maximum discharge pressure is 0.69MPa. The closed blending pump can achieve not only the conventional sand blending but proppant pumping in pulses.
Fiber Adding System
The unit is equipped with fiber adding system to add fiber in proportion according to the operation displacement. The fiber adding system hydraulically driven is equipped with corresponding gearbox, screw auger, adding hopper and unloading guide slot to guarantee the looseness of added fibers.
Low Pressure Manifold System
Two groups of suction manifolds are corresponding to two closed blending pumps respectively. The suction ports of each suction manifold mainly include twelve 4″ Fg206 union ports and one 8″ Fg206 union port. The two groups of suction manifolds are connected by one 10″manifold and there is one 10″ butterfly valve in the middle to control the connection or isolation of two groups of suction manifolds.
Two groups of discharge manifolds are corresponding to two closed blending pumps respectively. The main pipe of each discharge manifold is an 8″ steel pipe and they are connected with two discharge header pipes through 12″connection pipe. The manifold process can be selected through controlling the butterfly valve on the connection pipe. The discharge header manifolds installed at both sides of the unit mainly consist of twelve 4″ Fig 206 union ports.
Operation and Control System
The unit is equipped with monitoring instruments and control system. The data are mainly displayed through the Siemens color digital display. The system mainly monitors the data such as auger rotary speed, instantaneous flowrate and accumulated flowrate, sand conveying flowrate, accumulative flowrate, discharge pressure and the parameters of the power system instruments. The system mainly controls the rotary speed of the auger, the rotary speed of closed blending pump and the engine throttle, etc.
