Product Brief Introduction:

Jereh HST12 trailer mounted sand blender is developed according to the demand to high-end sand blender in oversea oil & gas fields fracturing operations. The unit includes the chassis and the deck parts. The chassis is mainly used to transport the overall unit and carry the deck parts. The deck parts mainly include the power system, fuel system, radiating system, electric system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, mixing & manifold system, liquid additive system, sand conveying system and instrument control system. The unit can achieve the sand blending in proportion through the cooperation of all systems and effectively supply different frac fluid to the fracturing units according to the frac process requirements. The unit is applicable for large-scale and medium-scale fracturing and acidizing operations.

Jereh sand blender basically adopts full-hydraulic closed-loop drive mode which features high efficiency & control precision and reasonable power configuration. The tank is designed with global advanced tub-within-tub structure. The control of the suction/discharge flowrate adopts the advanced control idea of “constant pressure to stabilize the flowrate”. The low pressure manifold is optimized through 3D software and features the functions of suction/discharge at the same side and acidizing bypass. The advanced guide wave radar level detecting technique is adopted to monitor the liquid level.

Two sets of augers (12″) hydraulically driven are adopted to achieve the total sand conveying capacity of 22,000 lb/min (10,000 kg/min). The augers are manufactured through new process which improves the processing precision and ensures the conveying accuracy.
