Description

HornetTM Frac System uses Mechanical Casing Collar Locator to position the tool string at the planned stage, run in the work string to set the packer and isolate the frac zones.
The flow fluid through carbide nozzles is greatly restricted, and as per Bernoulli's theorem, the high-pressure sand-laden fluid is converted into high-velocity fluid to cut through the casing and cement. When the perforations are complete, pressure is applied down the annulus to perform the fracture. After executing the fracture treatment, pull up the coiled tubing, unset the packer and position the string at the next stage, run in the coiled tubing string and set the packer, repeat the steps to perform the fracture on all the stages.
HornetTM Frac System can execute fracture treatment very well on the horizontal thin reservoir, and it is a practical option for re-fracture in unconventional oil and gas reservoir, such as tight gas reservoir, coalbed methane, and shale gas.

External Grapple Connector
Description
The External Grapple Connector allows the tool string to be connected to the coiled tubing via the provision of grapple. It has the same internal diameter as the coiled tubing. The grapple connector is a top priority for complicated operations, such as coiled tubing milling, coiled tubing cutting and coiled tubing completion operations, etc.

Mechanical and Hydraulic Disconnect
Description
The Mechanical and Hydraulic Disconnect provides a means of releasing the coiled tubing from any downhole tools in those cases where the downhole tools may get stuck in the hole. And the downhole tools could be released both by overpulling coiled tubing and dropping a ball.

Sand Jetting Sub
Description
The Sand Jetting Sub uses the Bernoulli's theorem to restrict the flow fluid through carbide nozzles and the high-pressure sand-laden fluid is converted into high-velocity fluid to cut through the casing and cement so as to open the channel between formation and the wellbore.

Features
Unique carbide nozzles allow 60m³of sand fluids to flow through a single nozzle.
Special treatment allows great erosion resistance.
The orifice diameter and phase are adjustable.

Balance Valve
Description
The Balance Valve aids the packer to unset and it can balance the differential pressure above and below the packer. In addition, when sand plug happens during fracture, a passage can be build up in the annulus between the casing and tubing and this will allow the sand fluid back to the surface through the coiled tubing.

Mechanical Casing Collar Locator

When the Mechanical Casing Collar Locator reaches the casing collar, the dogs on the locator will expand and insert into the crack. When pulling the string, the weight-change will indicate the depth of the tool string, allowing for precise location.
