Circulation and Transferring Skid




This unit consists of the vacuum suction system, circulation pumping system and heat exchange system. The cleaning medium (crude oil or warm water) enters the unit through the vacuum suction system and then passes through the circulation pumping system that brings it to a higher pressure and flowrate, and after that the cleaning medium with higher pressure and flowrate will flow into the heat exchange system for heating. The heated cleaning medium will dissolve and crack the sediment repeatedly, and after several times of circulation the tank will be ready to be cleaned.

This unit mainly consists of the soft water system, boiler system and exhaust cooling and purifying system. After being softened by the soft water system, the water will flow into the boiler system for heating to generate the steam which is used as the heat source for the cleaning operation. The exhaust generated from the boiler will pass through the exhaust cooling and purifying system where exhaust will be cooled down and filtrated into the clean inert gas used as the protection gas in the operation.
