The natural gas liquefaction process consists of removal and condensation. Removal is to remove components which solidify, block and corrode the equipment in the cryogenic process, like acid gas (CO2 and H2S) removal, water removal, Mercury removal and heavy hydrocarbon removal. Condensation is to use all kinds of advanced liquefaction processes to condensate natural gas into a liquid by cooling it to condensing temperature.
Jereh obtains advanced technological processes and design experience in the field of natural gas process and treatment, top-ranking manufacturing capability and abundant experience in engineering projects. In the field of LNG purification, Jereh adopts advanced and reliable technological processes such as MDEA decarburization, TSA dehydration method and heavy hydrocarbon removal. In the field of liquefaction, Jereh develops many kinds of advanced liquefaction processes including SMR refrigeration, C3MR refrigeration, MMR refrigeration,CH4 expansion,N2 expansion,N2-CH4 expansion etc. Jereh accumulates rich experience in packaging reciprocating compressors and screw compressors, and chooses core components made by Ariel, Howden, LeROI and other famous brands in order to achieve reliable quality and provide perfect and practical solutions to projects for partners.

Liquefaction for CBM, shale gas and associated gas;
Liquefaction for pipeline gas and peak-shaving station;
Liquefaction of biogas, oven gas and landfill gas;
Boil off gas handling at LNG terminals and LNG carriers.

Stationary LNG Plant
Processing capacity: ≥ 11.2 MMSCFD
Refrigeration energy consumption: ≤ 410kw/tons
Device Operating Flexibility: 50 ~ 110%

Refrigeration energy consumption is lowered by 10% to 15% compared to that of the single-stage mixed refrigerant.
Chemically simple components of the refrigerant, easier to adjust their ratio;
Much lower liquefaction temperature to reduce the release of BOG;
Centrifugal refrigerant compressor to reduce the leakage of refrigerant;
Larger operating flexibility can better adapt to the changes of gas volume and components. Inquire Now
