The cement silo featuring compact structure and beautiful appearance mainly consists of fluidized bed, substructure, inlet pipe, discharge pipe, safety valve, pressure gauge and lugs. It is usually placed on the well site and serves to store certain amount of cement and feed the cementing units.

This unit is applicable for onshore and offshore operations. All supplied parts are suitable for humid, storm and sand ambient environments varying from -30~+50℃. It is especially applicable for cementing operation with critical requirements of the slurry.

The dynamic analysis and calculation of the gas moving track inside the silo is performed based on the application performance of each part. The maintenance ladder is installed outside the silo for convenient check and repair of the parts inside.

This unit equipped with a 30m3 cement silo uses compressed air as the power source.

It is available for the storage and conveying of various kinds of powder materials. Each silo outlet is equipped with a valve the lining of which employs wear-resistance rubber that optimizes the open/close and seal of the valve.

This silo features high and freely adjustable discharge rate, less discharge residue and long service life. The horizontal conveying distance is 5~25m, and the vertical conveying distance is 5~15m. Under the working circumstance where the pressure is 0.2 MPa, the average discharge rate is no lower than 1.2t/min and the discharge residue is lower than 0.3%. The design and arrangement of the fluidized bed is scientific and proper. The cement inside is free from caking.

The cement silo adopts an oval type roof. Compared with a cone-roof silo, an oval-roof silo has better mechanical performance, larger capacity, lower centroid and better stability. In the same working situation, an oval roof designed silo is safer than a cone-roof one.
