Product Brief Introduction:
JEREH YLT100-890 is a trailer mounted acidizing fracturing unit, and it consists of the trailer, engine, transmission, high / low pressure manifold, plunger pump and control cabin. This unit features reasonable layout,compact structure and simple pipeline routing, which makes it convenient for maintenance.
During operations, the transmission coupled with the engine delivers power to the drive shaft which then drives the plunger pump. An AT1202 gear box is designed between the transmission and the plunger pump for small displacement operations. In order to meet the operation requirements for various kinds of additives, a chemical additive system is designed on the trailer gooseneck which can be freely switched between manual control and touch screen control. This unit is equipped with two centrifugal pumps. The low pressure manifold adopts standby design which offers the more convenient operation for users.
This unit is applicable for onshore operations. All supplied parts are suitable for humid, storm and sand ambient environments that vary from -20~+45℃. All hydraulic pipes, pneumatic pipes and electric lines are identified with code for convenient inspection, maintenance and replacement.

Advantages:
High electric control degree
The 15” large touch screen is adopted for more information display and more direct parameter observation. The engine throttle control and transmission gearshift can be freely switched between touch screen and control knobs. (auto control of liquid additive displacement ) That the liquid additive displacement is in constant proportion to plunger pump displacement achieves the intelligent displacement matching. The proportion can be adjusted any time during operations, and the control mode can also be freely switched between the knob control and touch screen control any time during operations.

High safety and reliability
The key parts use world famous brands with the functions of pressure detection and alarm to improve both equipment and personnel safety during operations. The manual-hydraulic high-pressure plug valves are used, which allows operators immediately to operate the valves manually when the hydraulic system fails, improving the operation safety.

Completely electric-controlled hydraulic system
It is available for either engine to drive the hydraulic system. This unit adopts load sensitive control system that adjusts the hydraulic power output in accordance with the real time load (low output under low load ), which achieves the cost reduction for users. The hydraulic system is completely electric-controlled to maximize the automation.

Chemical additive system
The liquid additive system is composed of three liquid additive units which could operate independently. Each chemical additive tank is equipped with a guided wave radar level gauge which allows operators to observe the liquid level clearly. There is an agitator designed in each tank driven by hydraulic motor, which makes it available for stepless speed regulation. In order prevent users from misoperation, every control ball valve is marked with identification. In addition a liquid additive flow schematic panel is mounted beside the liquid additive control system. 

Heating system
This unit is equipped with heating system which uses engine jacket water to heat each part of the unit. It is available for an engine on either side to drive the heating system for unit heating. The heating system is installed both in series and parallel to ensure the heating could cover more areas. Besides, the heating system adopts concentrated control. In order to prevent users from misoperation, every control ball valve is marked with identification, and a liquid additive flow schematic panel is mounted beside the liquid additive control system.

Humanized design
This unit is designed with a control cabin where the operation and control system of this unit is installed. The door and window of the cabin is push-pull type. The indoor seats are reversible, which saves spaces, improves the operation convenience and comfort. Both the trailer gooseneck platform and the operation platform are equipped with aluminium alloy pull-out ladders which save the unit spaces and improve the appearance. All the ball valves on this unit are marked with identification to prevent users from misoperation.
