Product Brief Introduction:
JEREH YLT100-1110 is a trailer mounted acidizing fracturing unit, and it consists of the trailer, power system, operation platform, low pressure manifold, control cabin, operation and control system, chemical additive system, plunger pump and high pressure manifold. This unit features reasonable layout,compact structure and simple pipeline routing, which makes it convenient for maintenance.
During operations, the transmission coupled with the engine delivers power to the drive shaft which then drives the plunger pump. An AT1202 gear box is designed between the transmission and the plunger pump for small displacement operations. This unit is equipped with two centrifugal pumps. The low pressure manifold adopts standby design which offers the more convenient operation for users.
This unit is applicable for onshore operations. All supplied parts are suitable for humid, storm and sand ambient environment that varies from -20~+45℃. All hydraulic pipes, pneumatic pipes and electric lines are identified with code for convenient inspection, maintenance and replacement.

Advantages:
Unit layout for rear axle load reduction
The power pack is arranged on the rear part of the trailer, plunger pump is mounted on the front part of the trailer and the control cabin is placed on the trailer gooseneck, which reduces the load of the rear axles. Meanwhile, placing the control cabin on the trailer gooseneck allows operators to conveniently observe the running status of each system during operations.

Double-engine power pack
This unit adopts two 12V200 engines which are arranged abreast for high power output. An AT1202 gear box is equipped to achieve speed reduction, meeting the operations with small displacement.

Double-axle single-tire  trailer
The trailer adopts 24R21 super single tires to replace the conventional double tires, which reduces the friction between tires and ground and improves the stability during running.

Humanized design
This unit is designed with a control cabin where the operation and control system of this unit is installed. The door and window of the cabin is push-pull type. The indoor seats are reversible, which saves spaces, improves the operation convenience and comfort.
